Our main area of business is residential sales and lettings as well as property management and mortgage advice.
The office is situated on the popular King Street in the Town Centre, a busy street with the bus station, shop mobility services and short term parking which provides our customers with the utmost convenience.
We have a small team of staff Headed by Anne Clark and Chris Hamill with over 40 years combined Estate Agency experience. The staff are experienced in all aspects of sales, service and lettings. We pride ourselves on our customer service levels and above all...honesty.
We generally hold a stock of circa 100 properties ranging from £50,000 up to and in excess of £500,000.

Anne Clark - Director

Anne Clark has been a Whitegates Franchisee since May 1994, having seen the property market rise, fall and rise again nothing phases her anymore. Prior to entering the property world Anne Had been in an employed force in many and various jobs including Ilford Films, yoghurt production and laterly 20 years in the motor trade working with Audi Volkswagen. This was all customer facing and having become a 'people person' the transition to property sales was straight forward. A resident of Wrexham for over 38 years Anne has moved with the times and technology. "Having the ability to empathise with both Vendors and Buyers is a key part of the job and is most enjoyable" Anne is a true petrol head at heart along with her long suffering husband!

Chris Hamill - Director

After a successful junior football career where he represented Wales, Boyhood team Blackburn Rovers and Wrexham FC Chris found his way into the hands of Whitegates in 2003. Starting as a trainee, he rapidly progressed into a valuer and advisor and went on to further his career as a sales manager for a large local agent. After a brief successful spell in recruitment where he became one of the top 5 recruitment consultants in the UK for one of the largest staff providers in the UK, Chris has re-joined the Wrexham branch as a Director. A married family man with 3 children, Chris's main hobbies are football, football and football! An avid Blackburn Rovers and Wrexham FC fan you will often catch him at the games. Chris has a strong business acumen and his desire to embrace new technology has lead to the Wrexham branch being recognised as the leading branch in terms of technology. A Wrexham lad through and through he knows the town, the people and the history making him a prefect candidate for a successful Director.

Stefan Jasek - Senior Marketing Consultant

Having worked for Whitegates in Wrexham for over 14 years Stefan is a fantastic ambassador for the company. Dedicated to Whitegates he is constantly striving to improve on customers experiences. Often used as a taxi service by potential buyers there is nothing he wouldn’t do to produce an excellent service. Of Polish decent Stefan has grown up in Wrexham and lived here for the majority of his life. His local knowledge is 2nd to none. A bit of a land specialist, he enjoys visiting properties that are a little bit different! He is a solid member of the team, he values, advises, sells and offers excellent customer service. Stefan’s previous experience comes from the motor trade and like Anne has adapted easily to the transition to property. Stefan follows Liverpool FC although he is not to keen to talk about there recent bad patch! He enjoys walking, training his dog, cooking, baking and many other things. A married man with 2 children Stefan is just celebrating his 25th Wedding Anniversary!

Amanda Nightingale - Administrator

Amanda has been with Whitegates for over 6 years. 'The lady behind the screen' is a key member of the team. Responsible for all properties going 'live' she creates the brochures, adds photos, floorplans, video clips, and just about any type of administration the office needs. Amanda is a person who has procedures down to a tee, crucial for her duties in the office. Amanda has recently completed the NVQ in Rental Management

Lee Davies - Negotiator

Lee is our newest recruit although he had spent time working for Whitegates previously. Lee left to study a degree in estate management and qualified with a very impressive 2.1. Now putting his degree to good use Lee has become an integral part of the team, he enjoys showing viewers around properties, negotiating deals and dealing with rental enquiries from start to finish. Lee supports Manchester United and also enjoys regular trips to the gym and also has a passion for drawing animated picutres.

About Wrexham
History Wrexham has rapidly developed from a small market town to a thriving town with numerous modern facilities including a multi million pound shopping and leisure centre, various retail parks along with the Racecourse football ground home to Wrexham FC and The Crusaders rugby league team. A national trust hotspot is Erddig Hall with its fabulous gardens and wildlife. The university 'Glwyndwr' is home to 8000 students.
Housingstock
In Wrexham itself, houses there are many larger Victorian terraces with modest gardens, perfect for families and young professionals also in recent years a range of modern apartments have arrived. Moving west is the picturesque village of Bwlchgwyn (the highest village in Wales), which is also popular with families, offering a range of larger detached properties and charming cottages. North-east of Wrexham is the village of Holt that sits on the banks of the River Dee, separating Wales from England. The village itself has a charming centre with boutiques and small shops. The properties range from period to modern cul-de-sacs. A touch further out from the Town centre is Marfod and Rossett with Marfod Hill being laden with expensive executive homes of all sizes.
Facilities
With its vibrant cafe culture and bustling nightlife offering a range of bars and restaurants, High Street creates a happening hub. The beast (Monday) market and the monthly farmers market supplements the wide range of shops on offer, including delis, butchers and greengrocers, meaning you don't necessarily have to venture to one of our many supermarkets. The A483 runs alongside the many villages and forms a main artery of services and transport links. The compact design of Wrexham means that the other areas within this patch are within a short distance of these facilities and those of the city centre itself. For sports and fitness fans, Wrexham Football Club's ground is a few minutes' walk from most homes in the area.
Transport
Wrexham has good road links with the A483 leading one way to Chester and beyond on the M53. The other way the A483 leads you to the historical market town of Oswestry and further to Shrewsbury.
Wrexham Town Centre has a modern bus station offering frequent services to all its villages and to Chester. There are 2 train stations, Wrexham Central and Wrexham General again offering transport to all villages and beyond including the Direct Wrexham to London train.
Points of Interest
Wrexham offers Erddig Hall part of the national trust land with excellent walks, period hall, along with pond and wildlife. Also the historical Racecourse or Cae Ras (in Welsh) stadium home to Wrexham FC and the Crusaders rugby league team. Wrexham is also proud to have Eagles Meadow the multi million pound shopping and entertainment centre home to a multiscreen Cinema, Ten pin bowling, restaurants and large stores such as Debenhams and Marks and Spencer. Eagles meadow also has over 1000 parking spaces to accommodate.
