I started my career with Whitegates in West Derby in 1989 as an office junior. Over the past 35 years, I have gained considerable professional experience in the industry and built a deep understanding of the Merseyside property market. I became Whitegates’ first Senior Manager to take on a franchise in 2001 when I purchased the West Derby branch. In 2015, I expanded the business by acquiring the brand-new branch in Huyton in 2015.
I specialise in both Sales and Lettings, and as a landlord myself, I fully appreciate the importance of seeing the process from both sides. Having experienced significant industry challenges — from the high-interest rates of 15.4% in the early days, to the 2008 financial crash, and the recent COVID-19 pandemic — I am proud that we have continued to grow stronger year after year.
We are passionate about being the local agent for local people, and my personal mantra has always been treat people how you would like to be treated. With an amazing team around me, I am equally passionate about bringing the next generation into the industry, sharing my knowledge, and helping them develop.
I feel that with my experience, I am perfectly positioned to offer honest, practical advice to people at one of the biggest milestones in their lives — whether they are buying, selling, or renting a home.
We are delighted to be the market leaders in both West Derby and Huyton, and we are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new branch in Eccleston Park, Prescot, in May 2025.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about keeping fit and healthy — I’m an avid gym-goer, and I love weekly Pilates sessions and playing netball, but most all like spending time with me two amazing boys Ben & Ross
