Our website has been redesigned to work just as well on mobile and tablet devices as it does on conventional PCs; it's interactive, with online appointment booking, online valuations and live chat staffed by trained agents. We use top quality 360 degree video tours, creating a realistic 'virtual viewing' alternative for potential buyers who are unable to venture out.
Our operating systems are already flexible and secure enough to enable our staff to work wherever they need to be, in the office, at properties, or from home. We will therefore continue to deliver our high quality services if we need to self-isolate or are instructed to work from home in future weeks.
We are of course also taking numerous additional precautions to protect the health and safety of staff, customers and the general public.
