I joined Whitegates in West Derby in 1989 as an office junior and have spent the last 27 years gaining considerable professional experience of the industry, but equally important the Merseyside property region. I purchased the West Derby branch in 2001, the Prenton office in 2014 and opened Whitegates Huyton as a brand new office in 2016. When I have a spare minute away from my three offices, I spend my time with my two gorgeous boys Ben and Ross.

After arriving as a Sales Negotiator all those years ago I moved into the Lettings and side of the Business. Moving from Senior Negotiator to Manager to Associate, you could say I'm now part of the furniture! I've always lived in the area, and have experience and knowledge not only in the Property Market but the local and surrounding areas and the people. When I'm not in the office I love spending time with my family and walking my gorgeous dog, Freddy. But I'm now also 'nanny' since the arrival of my two gorgeous grandsons Jacob and Alfie. A glass of red is my favourite tipple after a busy week.

I have worked in the industry for over 20 years starting my estate agent career in 1997 working in numerous locations throughout the North West and experiencing a variety of markets. I have a strong background in Residential sales, Auction and Lettings gaining the industry recognised qualification in Residential Estate Agency and becoming a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in the early 2000s. I joined Whitegates in November 2018 as the manager covering West Derby and Huyton areas, so if you have a property to sell or to let, you are looking for an update on the industry regulations or information on buy to let investments I would be happy to help. Outside of work, I enjoy watching and taking part in numerous sports and spending time with my son.

Barbara has lived in Huyton for many years, her two children attended local schools and following in their footsteps, her three lovely grandchildren, with whom she loves spending quality time. She has worked within the industry for over forty years and she has been instrumental in the Huyton team going from strength to strength. She remains as passionate about property as she was when she joined the industry and loves being a part of the process from offer to successful completion.

I joined Whitegates in June 2016 as a Sales Negotiator with 10 years' previous experience in Estate Agency and with dealings including viewings to Sales Progression. I find the job very enjoyable and rewarding, and I'm very much customer focused. Prior to working within estate agency I worked in the Travel Industry for 16 years, and travelling is one of my favourite things to do, that's if I'm not spending time with family and friends. My favourite actor is Tom Hardy and my favourite treat is creme eggs!
