Avril has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Estate Agency, joining Whitegates in 2000 and has progressing her career from Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer, Sales Manager and currently Mansfield Office Branch Manager of both the residential sale and lettings department.

Daniel main role is Residential Property Valuer, a role he absolutely loves. Daniel really enjoys being out on the road, meeting clients and advising them on how Whitegates can help them achieve their goals. He prides himself on giving good, honest, common sense advice to help property owners navigate the property market.

Kim joined Whitegates in 2006 and has a comprehensive knowledge of Residential Lettings. She holds Level 3 NVQ in customer service and ARLA technical awards in Residential Letting and Property Management. Kim can answer the majority of both landlord and tenant enquiries in a friendly, professional manner and is always on hand at the Mansfield Office. Chloe joined Whitegates in 2013 on our apprenticeship scheme. After successfully gaining her NVQ qualifications in Sales and Customer Services, she has become a very valued member of the Sales Team. Chloe is always available to give sellers advice on the marketing of their properties and to buyers to help them find their ideal home.

Lewis joined Whitegates in 2013 on our apprenticeship scheme. After successfully gaining his NVQ qualifications in Sales and Customer Services, he has become a very valued member of the Lettings Team. Lewis's attention to detail is ideally suited to the compilation of inventories, property repairs and his mission is to always to have happy tenants and landlords

Debbie has been in the Estate Agency industry since 1996 and has had a varied career from Sales Negotiator to Property Valuer. Her range of knowledge of amazing and she is able to give clear guidance to buyers and sellers alike. She understands that buying or selling a property is very often the biggest and most important financial decision in someone life and how important it is that Whitegates help you through this stage on your life.

Bob has been a part of the Whitegates family since 1999. His role as the property inspector for the Lettings Department of one he really enjoys. He has built up relationship with our long standing tenants and holds a position of trust with many of our clients. Bob's other role is Accompanied Viewer, showing buyers around house and helping them see the potential the property has to offer them.
